Haitian Cardinal Chibly Langlois was honored with the Tuitio Fidei Award, given to worthy Catholics for their defense of the faith, at a ceremony at the Riviera Country Club in Coral Gables. The award was presented by the Cuban Association of the Order of Malta during their annual White Cross Ball Nov. 21. To the left of the cardinal are Fernando Garcia Chacon, president of the organization, and next to him is Archbishop Thomas Wenski. To the right of the cardinal right is Juan Jose Calvo, chancellor for the organization.
