Third graders across Archdiocese of Miami create 'Life Bracelets' in Support of Respect Life Month

MIAMI | To say “yes” to life, third graders from the 46 Catholic elementary schools in the Archdiocese of Miami created the Life Bracelets. The project began Oct. 21, and ended Nov. 5, Election Day.

The goal of the Life Bracelets project was to teach students in third grade about Respect Life Month, which was celebrated in October, as they made bracelets to share with family and friends.

The initiative was organized by the archdiocesan Office of Communications, with support from the Office of Schools. It was also part of the "Vote NO on Amendment 4" campaign to raise awareness among children and their parents about Amendment 4, a proposed Florida law that would enshrine unrestricted abortion in our state constitution. The amendment was voted on Nov. 5 but failed to pass.

Here are some images shared on social media by participating schools.
