MIAMI | Lisa Pinto, senior director of Human Resources at the Archdiocese of Miami, has been named to the board of directors of the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators.
“Lisa has been an active and influential member of NACPA over the years,” said Elizabeth Allen, president of NACPA’s board. She noted that Pinto launched the archdiocesan HR office which now serves 109 parishes and 62 schools and other entities within the archdiocese. She also oversaw major business streamlining in the archdiocese, moving from manual paper processes to electronic HR information systems.
Prior to joining the archdiocese in 2011, Lisa worked with Catholic social, educational and humanitarian organizations, as well as the news media and publishing.
NACPA represents human resource directors, finance directors, chancellors, school administrators and other Church leaders in arch/dioceses, parishes and religious congregations nationwide. Its mission is "to promote justice in the workplace."
