All Night Vigil for Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary

MIAMI | The Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary hosted the annual All-Night Vigil for the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The celebration began with a Mass at 8 p.m. on June 23 honoring the Sacred Heart of Jesus and concluded with a Mass at 6 a.m. on June 24 honoring the Immaculate Heart of Mary at St. John Vianney College Seminary in Miami.

The Blessed Sacrament was exposed the entire night. The morning Mass was celebrated by Bishop Jaime Fuentes from Uruguay and concelebrated by many archdiocesan priests and pastors from the Archdiocese of Washington, D.C., as well as the Dioceses of Peoria, Ill., and Baton Rouge, La.

Every year, more than 1,000 people attend the vigil. Many Catholics come from other states, and some even come from places outside the U.S.
