4 priests incardinated in archdiocese

Several priests from other dioceses and religious communities who have been working in South Florida for a number of years were officially incardinated - that is, made part of - the Archdiocese of Miami on Dec. 12, 2023. Here they are posing with Archbishop Thomas Wenski (center); from left: Father Warren Escalona, currently parochial vicar at St. Henry in Pompano Beach; Father Antonio Tupiza, currently parochial vicar at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Doral; Father Jean Sterling Laurent, currently chaplain at Mercy Hospital and in residence at St. Kieran in Miami; and Father Andrzej Foltyn, currently parochial vicar at St. Agnes in Key Biscayne.
