St. Brendan School students bring Christmas cheer to many

St. Brendan Elementary's National Junior Honor Society put together Christmas stockings in coordination with the St . Brendan High Spanish Honor Society. These stockings will be hand delivered to an orphanage in Mexico.

MIAMI | Students from St. Brendan Elementary have been busy elves, this Christmas, bringing cheer to the elderly and collecting goodies for orphans.

The first graders brought joy and happiness to the elderly residents at the Senior Center in Westchester. Commissioner Javier Souto was also present to spread some holiday cheer with the students and the seniors. The students danced and sang Christmas songs. They also exchanged gifts with the residents.

The National Junior Honor Society, in the meantime, put together Christmas stockings in coordination with the St . Brendan High Spanish Honor Society. These stockings will be hand delivered to an orphanage in Mexico. 

St. Brendan School first graders shared their Christmas spirit with the senior citizens at the Senior Center in Westchester. Commissioner Javier Souto (center, back row) also came to share in the merriment.
