PARKLAND | Mary Help of Christians School recently held its induction ceremony for the National Junior Honor Society, welcoming the largest group of seventh and eighth graders ever selected in the history of this club at the school.

Membership is determined by five basic tenets of behavior: character, leadership, scholarship, service and citizenship.

"We are incredibly proud of our students and look forward to seeing great things from both our current and new Honor Society members throughout the remainder of this school year," said the school's principal, Stephen Brown.
