National Merit and Hispanic Scholars named at Belen Jesuit

Nine Benjamin Matza recipients named

Belen Jesuit Preparatory School is excited to congratulate the following seniors who have been named National Hispanic Recognition Scholars: Anthony Defurio, Antonio Linares, Jonathan Amaro-Barron, Marlon Seijo, Matthew Pastor, Maxwell Goldberg, Michael Perez, Steven Solis, Diego Roberto Guimaraes-Blandon, Vincent Cendan and Lorenzo Guio. Join us also in congratulating Jonathan Amaro-Barron and Anthony Defurio who have been named Semifinalists in the National Merit Scholarship Competition.

Congratulations to the nine Benjamin Matza Award recipients for 2012-2013. This award is given to students who received an ‘A’ in each semester of each subject throughout all three years of middle school. It is the highest award given to eighth graders.
