MIAMI- Archbishop Thomas Wenski, along with retired Auxiliary Bishop Agust�n Rom�n and priests of the archdiocese, will concelebrate the annual Mass in honor of Our Lady of Charity, patroness of Cuba, on Sept. 8 at the University of Miami Bank United Center. Rosary will begin at 6:45 p.m. and Mass at 8 p.m.
The University of Miami Bank United Center is located at 1245 Dauer Drive, Coral Gables. Parking is free for the general public.
Our Lady of Charity was declared the patroness of Cuba by Pope Benedict XV in 1916 and solemnly crowned in the Eucharistic Congress held in Santiago de Cuba in 1936.
