MIAMI- Archbishop Thomas Wenksi will welcome a delegation from the Church in Cuba at a Mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of Charity, 3609 South Miami Avenue in Miami on Monday, November 8th at 8pm.Beginning November 8th -11th, a delegation from the Church in Cuba presided by Bishop Arturo Gonz�lez of Santa Clara will be meeting with a delegation of the Church in the United States and other regions in Miami.
On Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. Miami Auxiliary Bishop Felipe Est�vez will concelebrate Mass with Bishop Gonz�lez at St. Timothy Catholic Church, whose pastor Msgr. Tom�s Mar�n is from the Diocese of Santa Clara.
Immediately following Mass a press conference will take place inside McCarthy Hall located at St. Timothy. In attendance will be Bishop Gonzalez, Bishop Est�vez, Msgr. Mar�n and Father Juan Sosa.
St. Timothy is located at 5400 SW 102nd Ave in Miami, 33165.
Bishop Est�vez will preside a closing mass for this meeting on Thursday, November 11 at St. John the Apostle, 475 East 4th Street in Hialeah at 7:30 p.m.
All Masses will be in Spanish.
