Gracias mil a nuestro queridisimo Rdo Archbishop Favarola por todo el trabajo que ha hecho y todo el sufrimiento que ha tenido que pasar. Que Dios lo bendiga inmensamente y lo cuide en su retiro, gracias gracias mil.
Bienvenido a casa a nuestro querido Rdo Archbishop Wenski, estara cada dia en mis oraciones, y se que nuestra querida madre Maria lo acompanara cada dia en esta gran tarea que ha sido asignado, mis bendiciones. Sepa que aqui es muy querido por su gran corazon, y compasion por todos los inmigrantes, yo soy una de ellas.

Congratulations to our Archbishop Designate Thomas Wenski. I met him for the first time when he was still a Deacon. He helped in the Encuentro Juvenil #8 that I attended about 37 years ago. Most Reverend and dear Archbishop Favalora,
My years of service at the Archdiocese, especially as Vicar for Religious, will always remain in my memory as seven of the happiest years of my life. Tomorrow at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows I will offer Mass for you. Thank you for your years of dedicated service and your great kindness to all the women and men Religious.

Dear Lord, we thank you for blessing us for so many years with our good shepherd Archbishop Favalora for he has done great things in your name and for always giving your people loving and Spirit filled Shepherd's, who's only desire is to love and serve you. Thank you for our Archbishop Designate Wenski who you have called to continue the good work of our Archdiocese and bless him for his commitment to continue building your kingdom. May our Blessed Mother protect and guide him always.

Tengo gratos recuerdos de cuando Usted llego a Corpus Christi en el año 1976 y compartio con nuestro grupo juvenil donde celebro su priemer cumpleaños y nos dijo que Usted era Polaco, Americano y Cubanazo.

Gratitude is expressed to Archbishop Favalora for his steadfast commitment, dedication and perseverance during his life-long service of God and humanity as a priest and bishop. In the context of issues dealing with a pluralistic society, scandalous behavior by a some priests and bishops, and his own imperfections as a human being, nevertheless, Archbishop Favalora has been an example of prayerful presence, of passing on the Truth of revelation, and of sharing the love and mercy of God. We owe him our deepest appreciation and heartfelt thanks for not only taking on the task given him by God and the Church, but for carrying it out to the best of his ability! Not many of us would offer the whole of our lives as an imperfect sacrifice to serve others. Congratulations, Archbishop Favalora! Ad multos annos!! Sheldon Roy
